One team. Three ways to make work easier.
From our flagship Claims Management System to bespoke product builds and the hosting that keeps it all online — every solution is built to be used, not just delivered.
A real glimpse of the system in production.
Embedded below is our live Claims Management instance. If it doesn't load inline (some browsers block embedded apps), use the button to open it in a new tab.
Claims Management System
The whole of a claim in one place — appointment, site visit, report, query and fee note — for the loss adjusters who do the work and the insurers who send it to them. In daily use, not in pilot.

- 735
- Fee notes raised

Reports on your own letterhead
The finished report is generated, not typed — your header, your signature, your table style, with motor valuations calculated rather than keyed in.
The insurer queries the page
Send the report through the system. The insurer reads it in place and pins a question to the paragraph it is about; you answer on that mark. No attachment goes missing in a thread.
Fee notes on your tariff
Rates, transport by the kilometre, disbursements and VAT — worked out and drawn to match the note you already issue, numbered your way.
Evidence captured on site
Photographs, notes and dictation taken on the phone at the loss, with no signal needed — they upload themselves when there is one.
Documents chased for you
Each class of claim knows the papers it needs. What is outstanding is listed, and the reminder is drafted for you to send.
Every stage on a clock
Acknowledgement, site visit, documents, final report — each with its own deadline, so what is late is visible before the client asks.

Quick answers
Can the Claims Management System be customised?
A great deal of it is set up per firm rather than coded: your reference formats and numbering, the fields each class of claim carries, the documents it expects, your report letterhead and signature, your fee note layout and rates, and who in your office sees what. Anything beyond that we build as a module.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Always. Every engagement includes a support window after launch, and most clients move to a monthly care plan.
How do we get started?
Send a quick note via the contact page. We'll set up a free discovery call and follow with a clear, fixed-fee proposal.
Do you host on our cloud or yours?
Either. We host on our managed infrastructure or deploy into your AWS, Azure or GCP account — whichever fits your compliance needs.
